Nowadays there are plenty of hotels with EV chargers out there, we’re just here to get you started! In our ‘hotels with EV charging nearby’ series, so far, we’ve been exploring Europe and this time we’re in the green, mean UK.

Low Wood Bay

Take your EV to the Lake district and stay on the gorgeous Lake Windermere in hotel Low Wood Bay. The famous lake is within arms reach from this hotel - it even has its own motor boat hire so you can admire the scenery from the water! Or, drive to the Honister Pass and check out the last working slate mine in England - you can even challenge yourself by climbing the mines and experiencing the real life of the original, fearless miners.

Right next door to Birmingham airport, this hotel is a great place to have a luxurious stopover! Plus, they offer a cheap option for leaving your car while you’re on holiday (whilst we’d love for you to take your EV - you can’t drive everywhere!). Via a special booking, The Arden will look after your car for 15 nights and they have fast chargers to get you on the road as soon as you arrive home!

This luxury hotel is surrounded by EV charging stations which you can find on the Electroverse map! Its funky decor and royal feel aren’t all this hotel has to offer. Located in the South of Mayfair, London, this hotel is on the doorstep of all the big London attractions! A 13 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, a 13 minute walk to Oxford Street, a 13 minute walk and tube to Big Ben - and so much more!
