What are the contract terms?
There is no fixed contract for Electroverse for Business, i.e. you can opt-out whenever! All subscription costs for managers and Electrocards are free in the Beta phase. You only pay for public charging costs. We will only charge for active drivers when we finish Beta and will ensure that we give you 30 days' notice before any additional subscription charges are taken. This is likely to be in Autumn 2023.
How will my drivers be able to find chargers?
Drivers can use the Electroverse app to find chargers for their vehicles. They can log in to pay for charging or add their vehicle to plan a route. For a detailed run-through of this process, check out our instructional video.
We have modified our Electroverse app so that certain features are more relevant for businesses - for example, business app users can't view or edit payment details associated with the parent company account - this information is only visible to the account admins.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of drivers I can add?
The minimum is 1, and there is no maximum! Feel free to add the entire fleet!
How many Electrocards can I order?
You can order as many Electrocards as you have drivers uploaded. We will allow you to order spares (for new joiners or if a driver loses a card).
Can multiple colleagues have platform access?
Colleagues that you wish to have access to the web platform can be added as admins. Once your business account is set up, you can add via an 'add admin' button inside the platform.
How do I pay?
A credit or debit card is required to set up your account, and consolidated payment will be taken on a Monday for any charging that has been done by drivers in the preceding week.
